This 45-minute class is specially designed for kids who are just beginning the process of learning to listen in a group class setting. This is a parent and me class, participation of the parent is essential in the success of this class. A great class for the development of coordination and gross motor skills. An added benefit is that all Coastal Cruisers receive free registration for the first year ($60 value).

This 45-minute class teaches gross and fine motor skills, basic coordination, listening skills, interactive play, and the basic shapes and body positions used in gymnastics. This class will be exposed to all of the gymnastics events including vault, bars, beam, and floor. 

This 70-minute class teaches gross and fine motor skills, basic coordination, listening skills, interactive play, and the basic shapes and body positions used in gymnastics. This class will be exposed to all of the gymnastics events and also will do obstacle courses to develop upper and lower body strength.

This 55-minute class will be exposed to training specialized to build strength for boys. They will spend climb the rope, do obstacle courses, trampoline, and floor tumbling basics.

This 80-minute class teaches the fundamentals of gymnastics on all 4 girl's events, including Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. This class will also be exposed to the basic fundamentals of trampoline safety.

TUMBLINGS

This 60-minute class teaches the fundamentals of basic tumbling skills and cheerleading jumps. This class will also be exposed to the basic fundamentals of trampoline safety.
